What fees do you charge?

We know every event isn't the same - either is our pricing.

We charge a small booking fee which is usually paid by the ticket buyer or you can choose to absorb some or all if you prefer.

Our pricing is flexible and depends on a number of factors such as whether we connect to your merchant facility or if you need support at the event.

When do you transfer funds from ticket sales?

Generally we transfer funds after the event.

We can provide access to your funds prior to your event in some circumstances.

What type events do you cater for?

We cater for all types of events. From a 10 person art class to a 30,000 person festival like the Woodford Folk Festival.

What support do you provide?

We have a detailed Help area, email and phone support. For larger events, you will have a dedicated point of contact.

We can also provide support at the event day to scan tickets and/or manage entry.
