NISEKO VILLAGE ACCOMMODATION - SNOW MACHINE NISEKO 2025

Currency

All bookings and payments are taken in AUD. 

Packages

All packages include five or seven nights accommodation at your choice of hotel or lodge, four day lift pass for Niseko United, plus access to all après and main stage Snow Machine events across the four days.

Event Schedule

Packages start on the 10th March, allowing you to arrive before the festival kicks off on the 11th March. There will be on-snow après events across 4 days and the main stage will be lighting up over three nights. Exact times and location to be confirmed closer to the date.

Payment Schedule

A deposit of $399pp is due on confirmation. If you're booking as a group, you will be required to pay for all deposits on one card (after this, balances can be paid separately if you wish). Your second payment will be due on 28th August 2024 and the final balance is due on 4th December 2024. Failure to make payment by due date will result in your package being canceled and monies forfeited. Payments are not automatic, you will need to manually make payment by the due date.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you pay your deposit, this will cover you for any unforeseen events that occur before you travel. For an online quote and to view the PDS click here.           

Age Limits Snow Machine is 18+, please bring valid photo I.D. Please note, Japan's legal drinking age is 20.
